We are aware of the recent diagnoses of COVID-19 at West Chester Hospital and as such we are taking extra steps to prevent the spread of illness by implementing strategies recommended by public health authorities.
To provide the highest level of care we will be asking a few screening questions as we schedule your appointment
We ask that you reschedule if you, or your family, have had flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days
We are limiting the number of people at your pet’s appointments to ONE
Please do not bring children to appointments
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT OUR CLINIC:
PLEASE CALL AND LET OUR STAFF KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED. ONE OF OUR NURSES WILL COME TO YOUR CAR, DISCUSS YOUR PET’S APPOINTMENT AND RELAY INFORMATION TO THE DOCTOR.
WE WILL PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE FOR SERVICES AND COLLECT YOUR PET
THE DOCTOR WILL EXAMINE THE PET AND PERFORM AGREED UPON SERVICES BEFORE CALLING YOU TO DISCUSS ANY FURTHER TREATMENTS, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR MEDICATIONS
IF WEATHER IS PROHIBITIVE, WE MAY ASK THAT YOU COME INTO THE LOBBY - WE WILL KEEP YOU APPRISED OF THIS WHEN YOU CALL.
If you cannot reschedule because your animal has urgent health concerns, please notify us before your arrival to assure your safety and the safety of others and our staff
