UPDATE: June18th, 2021
To Our West Chester Veterinary Center Family: Thank you for understanding as we make a slow transition back to in-person visits. We truly appreciate your patience as we strive to protect young family members (both yours and ours) who are not yet vaccinated.
As we see a large and diverse population in our practice, we are cautious about spreading the virus that is still prevalent in our area to the unprotected. We continue to revisit our policy on a weekly basis and are trying to bridge the gap by having our Veterinarians visit car-side when they are able.
We do understand the frustration many may have because the world seems to have returned to “normal,” however science still dictates that there are many still at risk. We, too, look forward to the day when we can open our doors to those who would like to come in.
To provide the highest level of care we may be asking a few screening questions as we schedule your appointment. We ask that you reschedule if you, or your family, have had flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT OUR CLINIC:
Please follow the instructions on the parking signs and text the number on the sign to let our staff know that you have arrived. One of our nurses will come out to your car and discuss your pet’s appointment with you. Please wear a mask when speaking with our staff. Our pet nurse will take your pet into the clinic for their exam. The doctor will call you to discuss all treatments, recommendations and services. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your beloved pets!
